Yoni Steam Herbal Remedies
Start With What You Feel
You don’t have to know the name of an herb to use this book. Start with what you’re actually experiencing.
Maybe your pelvis feels tight, heavy, or tense. Maybe your period is coming and you can already feel it. Maybe you’re dealing with dryness or tenderness, noticing a change in odor, or running hot at night.
Find the description that sounds like you, and it will take you to a Steam Plan with the herbs and exact amounts, how long to steam, how often to use it, and what you may notice along the way.
There are 42 protocols across four areas of feminine wellness, with no need to sort through pages of herbs before you even know where to begin.
Inside the book
Body covers pelvic tension, irritation, dryness, hemorrhoid comfort, and recovery after birth or surgery.
Cycle covers cramping, bloating, exhaustion, heavy or irregular cycles, hot flashes, perimenopause, and preparation for conception.
Sexual Wellness focuses on comfort, lubrication, sensation, intimacy, and toning.
Spirit makes room for the parts of steaming that are less about a physical complaint, such as, emotional release, grounding, womb cleansing, creative energy, and vitality.
You’ll also learn the nine properties of steam and why the order matters. Understanding that progression helps explain why a steam practice takes time. You’re not supposed to force every result in one session.
The Wellness Wheel will show how Yoni steaming can be viewed as one supportive practice within that larger picture of whole-woman wellness.
The apothecary section covers more than 30 herbs, organized by family and energetics. Instead of memorizing recipes, you’ll begin to understand why an herb belongs in a particular blend and what happens when you combine strengthening, cooling, purifying, flowing, and deodorizing herbs.
There is also a straightforward guide to what you may notice during your practice, divided into welcome effects, adjustment signs, and stop signs. Knowing the difference matters. Not every sensation means something is wrong, but some sensations are a reason to stop.
Steam safety and preparation are covered at the beginning so you don’t have to keep searching for them. The quick-reference section lets you look up protocols by steaming time or number of days, and the contents page includes actual page numbers so you can get where you need to go quickly.
