How to steam:
Boil approximately 1 liter of purified water with 3 tablespoons of the herb blend. Once steam reaches a comfortable temperature, wrap yourself from the waist down and sit for approximately 20 minutes, once per week.
Each bag contains enough herb for 5 steam sessions. Use a clay, glass, or stainless steel pot, or a yoni steam-safe seat.
