As a sitz bath: fill a shallow basin with a few inches of warm water, add a generous handful of Hazel Herbs, and soak for 15 minutes. Simple, intentional, restorative.

As a full body soak: pour a generous handful into warm bath water and soak for 15–20 minutes.
